As part of our mandate to support local conservation activities, Thailand Wildlife issues gratis image licenses to local entities involved in conservation for its images. This is to enable us to action our mandate of actively supporting conservation awareness in Thailand. Those entities who we currently support with gratis licenses are:
- Thai Government departments and agencies.
- Thailand based NGOs/Foundations working directly with the Department of National Parks.
To request a gratis image license for one of your publications or projects, simply:
View our image library to choose an image you wish to use. Note the image title of the image you wish to request for. Contact Thailand Wildlife by email with the following information:
- Image title. (Thailand Wildlife Image Title)
- Name of organization.
- Name of applicant.
- Name of DNP department you are affiliated with.
- Project Name/Description.
- Where and how will the image be used.
- Publication/Use.
- Size.
- Usage period (from date/to date).
We will then review the request and issue you with an appropriate license, free of charge, and the download instructions.
Notes:
We limit licenses to local NGO/Foundations and Thailand Country offices of international organizations. This is to support conservation directly taking place in Thailand.
Image licenses are issued per usage as per standard “rights managed” licensing system.
Licenses are not transferable. They are restricted the usage stated in your license request.
ไทยแลนด์ ไวล์ดไลฟ์ (Thailand Wildlife) ออกใบอนุญาตใช้งานรูปภาพโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายแก่หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการอนุรักษ์ธรรมชาติ ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของคำสั่งการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมอนุรักษ์ธรรมชาติท้องถิ่น วิธีการนี้ทำให้เราสามารถดำเนินการตามคำสั่งในการส่งเสริมความตระหนักในการอนุรักษ์ธรรมชาติได้อย่างแข็งขัน ทั้งนี้ หน่วยงานที่เราให้การสนับสนุนใบอนุญาตใช้งานรูปภาพโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย ประกอบด้วย:
- กรม กองและหน่วยงานรัฐบาล
- เอ็นจีโอ/มูลนิธิที่มีฐานที่ตั้งในประเทศไทยและทำงานโดยตรงกับกรมอุทยานแห่งชาติ
สำหรับการยื่นคำร้องขอใบอนุญาตใช้งานรูปภาพโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายสำหรับการเผยแพร่หรือโครงการของท่าน ขอให้ท่านปฏิบัติดังนี้:
ชมคลังภาพของเราเพื่อเลือกรูปภาพที่ท่านต้องการใช้งาน จากนั้นจดจำชื่อรูปภาพที่ท่านต้องการขอใช้งาน และติดต่อไทยแลนด์ ไวลด์ไลฟ์พร้อมข้อมูลต่อไปนี้:
- ชื่อรูปภาพ (ชื่อภาพของไทยแลนด์ไวล์ดไลฟ์)
- ชื่อองค์กร
- ชื่อผู้ร้อง
- ชื่อกรมอุทยานแห่งชาติ สัตว์ป่าและพันธุ์พืชที่ท่านสังกัด
- ชื่อโครงการ/คำอธิบาย
- สถานที่และวิธีการที่รูปภาพจะถูกใช้
- การเผยแพร่/การใช้งาน
- ขนาด
- ช่วงเวลาการใช้งาน (ตั้งแต่วันที่/จนถึงวันที่)
จากนั้นเราจะทำการตรวจสอบคำร้องและออกใบอนุญาตการใช้งานที่ถูกต้องรวมทั้งคำแนะนำที่สามารถดาวน์โหลดได้ให้แก่ท่านโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย
หมายเหตุ:
เราจำกัดจำนวนใบอนุญาตที่จะออกให้แก่หน่วยงานเอ็นจีโอ/มูลนิธิท้องถิ่นรวมทั้งสำนักองค์กรระหว่างประเทศในประเทศไทย เพื่อเป็นการส่งเสริมการอนุรักษ์ธรรมชาติโดยตรงในประเทศไทย
ใบอนุญาตรูปภาพจะออกให้ต่อการใช้งานเท่านั้น ซึ่งเป็นไปตามระบบการออกใบอนุญาตมาตรฐานของ “การจัดการสิทธิ”
ใบอนุญาตไม่สามารถถ่ายโอนได้และมีข้อจำกัดการใช้งานตามคำร้องขอใบอนุญาตของท่าน
